Yes since todays update I have that issue. It halfed my fps in cockpit view I am really baffled about that It would be nice if more people would answer.
Right now the stand is 2 : 2 ^^ .
PS Disabled 'Postprocessing' altogether and got my 70fps back.
No, that's ok. I limited AC to run at 70fps. Since I have SLI, two gfx cards close together, tend to get too hot when running @ max fps.
Everything max except
Mirror resolution - Normal
Cubemap resolution - Low
Faces per frame - Low
This solved the issue after turning of v-sync in game I am back at stable 60 fps (limited in video options ) thank you guys for being helpfull and not trolling .

with the camera behind the car again drop to 35 to 40fps
