Adjust mirrors so they can be used

How can you adjust mirrors on cars so you can see whats behind you? on youtube ,Highness, put up a vid years ago about CSP having and app to move your mirrors in game .I have the latest CSP but cannot find it in settings/AC/apps. can see "app windows" but in there is nothing to do with mirrors?? Under CSP I see smart mirrors but dont see how to angle them in/up/down etc. would kinda like to see what is behind me as opposed to the verge. lol

in game open side panel look for appshelf you will find mirrors
