You could try PortingKit or CrossOver, both of which are based on WINE which is what Linux users use to run some Windows software. Steam's Proton is also based on WINE (+extra bits) and is used on the Steam Deck and by Steam Play.

Your mileage may vary as WINE on the Mac does not get as much love as on Linux so its a bit behind, but Assetto Corsa does run fine on Proton on Steam under Linux.
