CLEAN RACING | a server for more cars & tracks diversity

Hi all,

I’m trying to establish my own small server and promote some less known or used cars and tracks. The reason is simple: in my eyes there is not much diversity online, you see the same tracks and cars used online,which I think is sad because there are many really nice mods out there, people just don’t use them that much, which I find odd.

I hope I can offer a opportunity for those who want to try something different.
The server runs the MR plugin and is currently set to ABC. Probably I’ll change that in the future.

So, to cut a long story short search for the following simple name in the future:
CLEAN RACING
The server is located in Germany, it’s one of the Rack-Service server.
I’m trying to change car/track every few days.

Currently it’s called

CLEAN RACING | Group C @ Riverside Long| MR [ABC]

15min qualify, 8 lap race, 97% grip, no TC, no ABS

hey there guys,

where are your servers located? I just re-read, you already told us!
Might be feasible for me as I am located in north-east Germany.
Second question: are you going to focus a bit more on road-going track-day cars? That would be right up my ally. Even all those Lotus-models that many folks disregard completey as in: "all the same, gimme more variety", also-rans --- I happen to like them all and can see and feel where they are all different in character.
In my opinion quality road- and track-day cars are where Assetto Corsa is at it's absolute best. And I am missing the days of old in liveforspeed where people would race those TBOs and LRGs respectfully along each other on challenging tracks. I was kind-of hoping that Assetto Corsa would reinvigorate the fun in racing those mid-tier, street-tyre / semi-slick equipped cars again in all of us

Hi, this sounds exactly what ive been looking for. Fed up of going online just for some idiot to come crashing into you on the first corner!

apparently after my very first (lonely) few laps around Miller's in the Alfa V6, I have noticed a slight tendency to overshoot every second corner. That AWD-system is a b...! The F1-like indirect steering ration doesn't really help around that track, either!

I'll concentrate more on racecars, I'd say, but I probably will open a server with the F40 against the Yellow Bird also for example. "Normal" sportscars is not exactly my type of racing, but I probably will try them, too.

When is prime-time gonna be?
(Last time I checked in on your server (later in the evening), what seemed to be on was the last race of the day and I refrained from intruding on the already half-finished race)

I wanted to use Vallelunga Club, but somehow didn’t managed to get it working…the structure of the track is a bit different than the others with multiple configs. But yeah…the track could be better. Perhaps Zandvoort would be a better fit.

Cannot tell when prime-time is as I’m not every day on the server (work, private life). It’s difficult to establish a server with mod content, as many seem to have their modfilters switched on or just aren’t interested in using them. Sooo…most of the time my server is quite empty. ;) I just want to offer some variety for the multiplayer part. If I had more time I probably would spend much more time on my server and try to get people racing.

Problem is that the track itself is already divided into two folders. So there is no Vallelunga > Config A or Config B. Tried it yesterday but it didn’t work. Perhaps I’ll give it another try.
