Is there a way to make the clutch realistic?
Is there a way for me to get a biting point with the clutch? Just putting it in 1st and rolling off with the gas is not what I want.
I've been scrambling around content manager to find settings for this but can't find anything about it.

Unfortunately not, to my knowledge. When I first got in to AC I was also hoping for realistic clutch and stall mechanics, but since the emphasis was always on sim racing, and not so clutch biting points and stall mechanics.

Hopefully in AC 2 this will be a thing because the more realistic we can have a simulator the better.

There is a biting point, the problem is not in the clutch but throttle. Almost all sims on the market right now* struggle with realistic torque at not full throttle.

As a result you need a lot more throttle while letting off the clutch to find the bite, either by bouncing off limiter or moving both pedals together with tight timing.

* - AMS2 and i think BeamNG are exceptions.

ps: If one is happy modding his cars there are ways to partially fix this, AC has second throttle map which can be hacked to improve transitional throttle response.
