online "Please select car supported by server"

cant get past that message. i picked the cars I see in their list and never get on to an online server. what is the trick?

What server and car?

Could be a missing DLC or mod

thanks. every server I try does it. i checked the file verify part, and I have the button checked to only allow servers for DLCs I have. id been on in the past, maybe a year ago? same system, same gear, i dont play it a lot, so shocked I cant get online

OMG figured it out. I was selecting my own car from cars menu, NOT the car buttons up top next to the server name or join thing. im back online now
