Tuning for Tire Temps

I'm driving the Tatuus right now, but it's apparent with all cars: Even after doing laps, changing tire pressure in the tune shows the wrong hot pressure. How do I fix this? It's a pain to remember what the pressures were when there's already other things to remember about how the car felt on track.

Dwld and use proTyres or SideKick app in Assetto , for exemple Sidekick, give the pressure delta you need to get it right.

Are you sure it is not just that your driving style is causing the tyres to be way hotter than they would be expected to be?

An estimated hot temp would be based on modelling but if your driving styles uses the tyres differently than the expected model (for example by sliding the car which will cause higher temps than expected) then the calculation will be off!

All cars give a hot temp as 1 psi lower than the cold (current) set temp when looking in the setup screen

I understand how the game works with Hot pressure. It's not simulating race pressure, it's simply saying the pressure you'll send the car out with. If you're using tire blankets, it will go out close to a good race pressure. If not, the hot pressure 1 psi lower than what you set, which is what I was seeing.

This may have been obvious, but I couldn't find any information detailing this.

Oh god, this is decade old issue, just remembered, its says "Hot" in there yeah, while in reality its just "pit" pressure, normally noted by everyone as "cold", yeah.

If only you said "it shows hot on the panel" or something, i'd remember haha. When we read "hot" here we think looking at tyres app values while driving. (or any other app)

The right side panel is useful for many "live things" but the other stuff is better checked with other apps like noted in 1st reply here.
