Don't have "controller script" in Weather FX

I have only "Weather script" but dont have controller script

Same here, I only have weather script.

I think it's because I've only installed PURE, and not SOL. SOl probably adds the controller

I used to in the beginning. It was due to having outdated CSP I think. Try updating to latest version 0.1.79

Do you use the public CSP 0.1.79? then you still need the former CM version: github.com/gro-ove/actools/releases/download/v0.8.2467.39678/Content.Manager.zip

Actually the problem with CSP and CM is, there is a bug in CM, which leads to a missing feature.
So if you have the newest version of CM (0.8.2561) but using the public CSP 0.1.79, the weather controller selection is missing, and so it is recommended to downgrade to the former version (0.8.2467...).

AND there is another bug in CM (0.8.2561). It causes a loss of an important Lua system function. Which is essential to write files. Both Sol 2.2.9 and Pure 0.180a fixing that problem, if they are used.

So there is no paywall or anything. Its just that CM did an auto-update (this can be switched of in CM) and looses an important function if the public CSP is used.


So you only have this trouble actually, if you are using Sol in combination with the newest CM and the public CSP. You don't miss much if you downgrade to the former CM version.

Exactly why i am here, then i was looking to update all of my thins like csp, sol and pure. And then i accidentally downgraded to a different csp version, so had to buy the csp again xD.. (Couldnt find the file i had)

figured it out, the control script got moved to the drive section. you need to open the weather menu next to time and click Sol 2.5 under the Dynamic setting

I'm having this issue. Also when installing the new sol it doesn't say anything in the weather script like "sol 2.4" it's just sol no numbers but all "How To" videos show "sol 2.x" depending on time of video as the number will obviously change. Any help greatly appreciated

Hi did anyone actually fix this???
No matter what I do I get "sol 2.5 controller not running"
Been on it two days now. I'm on sol 2.2.8. 218 CSP preview and CM 0.8.2561.
I've tried different CM older and newer, the newer SOL.
Nothing works
Only if I revert back to CSP 0.1.79 does sol weather work But the whole point is I've done this for the bloody rain, and it driving me insane in the membrane.
PAID A WHOLE £ FOR THIS
