Unequivocally!! You can still find leagues and mp servers are alive although limited on very classic tracks. It's the best all around sim that's out and that's saying alot considering the year It came out.

As for gran Turismo and others this is in a whole new ballgame but can still be made to be easy like those titles.

Yeah - when on offer as it is insane value. Get the ultimate version that includes all DLC cars and tracks. AC2 is coming out in 2024 and the gap between AC1 and AC2 has been 10 years. The same Dev did release another title in between - ACC (Assetto Corsa Competizione).

Ultimate Edition should be a must-buy for every new player, gives you a ton of extra stuff dirt cheap, some of the best value for money you will ever get in a Steam purchase.

I just picked up Ultimate from GreenmanGaming. SUPER discounted. Love the screenshots y'all have uploaded. Can't wait to wreck an Aston Martin like 007 in 'Quantum of Solace'.

Assetto is a must in every car-enthusiast's Steam library.

Beware though, you'll most likely have to spend some time tweaking controller settings and adjusting to the physics, Forza / GranTurismo & NFS are built with controllers in mind, AC wasn't, doesn't mean it's not possible to get an enjoyable experience, might just not be the plug & play experience you are used to, good luck :)

Worth to buy unless you don't play games with very high end graphics. It's a motorsports racing simulation video game that can be played for a very long time, like more than 300 hours at least.

Yes. It's awesome and $3.99 is a damn steal. The only downside is you pretty much need a steering wheel to play this well. I see all the posts and guides to get controllers working well but, in my experience, it is still a massive handicap.
