Native triple monitor support?
Thought that I would add this sim to my collection as it said that it supported triple monitors - paid my money only to find that the only option seems to be via NVIDIA graphics driver trickery, which will probably nuke the setup of my other sims which are already working.

There's a triple monitor option in the settings but it has no discernible effect. Does this actually work?

i have downloaded content manager and chose the triple monitor support in the options. once i did that you have to go in game and use the triple monitor app to set up your parameters for your monitors. i never need to use surround for it to work

The triple screen option adds an app for you to set the bezels and angles while driving.
The resolution you pick needs to be total of all the screens. Either use CM or manually punch that into video.ini, no need for NV surround or any other kind of garbage like that.

The biggest thing now is to choose whether you want it to work before or after installing CM (content manager). The latter adds many, many layers of new options, and possible configurations, but it is hard to swallow it all in one go.

You need to select the full resolution of your three monitors, not a bezel corrected but total screen res- then select triple monitor mode and load on the track, open the triple monitor app from the right and adjust your bezels, distance from your eyes and rotational degrees and its done.

You don't use Nvidia Surround.

Thanks for the feedback, I will check out CM - I've seen lots of references to it but no idea what exactly it is - plus try hacking the ini file, which is what I had to do in order to get rFactor 2 working. Only Automobilista 2 has worked properly out of the box.

I had to uncheck the "Fullscreen" option in content manager, then the "Triple screen" rendering mode and custom resolution worked find without Nvidia Surround.
