Is there any way i can switch from racing maps to a map in llike a town or somewhere

In the base game, check out Black Cat County and Highlands.

But town and cruising tracks you should really look to mods. There's an ocean of town/city cruising tracks to explore online. Search up Shutoko revival project installation guide on Youtube. It's probably the more popular town/city map in AC, 2 way traffic, lots of online servers to jump on. It's a work of art and all free

Shutoko is definitely great but also focused on highway driving. Some other good ones are:

- Glen Sheil
- LA Canyons
- Tianmen mountain
- Tokyo R246
- Union island

If you google any of these with "assetto corsa" should find links to them pretty easily on the mod sites
