I only found this one, cause you don't want to download stuff from suspicius sites :D
I normally check for a Youtube clip of the car that I am looking for and most of them have a download link, like mediafire, etc

If you are into vintage racing the THR community has many downloads of tracks and cars on their site :

Yeah I do the same and look it up on YouTube but sometime they just don't link the site.

it's japanese but it also got some good selections
