Logitech G27 Wheel oscillating, unplayable

I have spent days trying to set this wheel up but it just wont work... When I let go, my wheel starts oscillating from left to right until car spins out (it only increases). Here are my AC settings:

I DID look for existing guides, but they all include settings that do not appear in my AC, and I use the legal steam version that is updated. You can see in the screenshot there is no such thing as "damper" in my AC settings.

My profiler settings are:
Overall effects : 100%
Spring effects: 100%
Damper effects: 100%
Centering spriff: Off
Allow game to adjust: On

Please help I just wanna play :(

1 - Does you G27 show in the system controller settings from the system you are using?
2 - Do you use the driver that logitec reccomend using for it?
3 - Try calibrate the G27 first.
4 - Disconnect usb cord to the pc and then connect again.
5 - Close the game and other apps restart and try again.
6 - Do you use the shifter that comes with it, and does it work proper?
7 - Check if you asigned and proper calibrate it from AC settings.
8 - Try the default settings first and then set the settings accordingly for AC.

sounds kind of like inverted FFB

The settings people post are for the logitech drivers settings, outside the game. Notably Modern drivers (like Logitech GHUB) can have some issues, so the OLDER the driver you use the better (like standalone installation of LGS or Logitech profiler).

Also get Content Manager for AC...

I have used the good old Logitec Profiler when using the G27 and had no issues with it. Using the shifter and pedals and worked fine in all. I switched couple 2 monrhs ago the a direct drive setup from moza racing enviroment and love it. Shame ive to put it on rest a little
ive realy enjoyed the G27 all those years. There were times I was having some quirks with it in AC too but not something where I could not fix it. Namely olso the FBB in games and the famous drifting from the wheel, with or wothout the app.

So it could have to do with the software not correcting to the wheel or you might have defective FFB gears. Not sure. Does it occur in other games as well?
Olso did it happen before in AC?
Do you hear strange sounds when listening using the wheel and especially when you turn up the FFB ingames??

1 - Try set the FFB lower then 100 with all effects max 70%
2 - Turn off the Damper till 0% (slowely turn it up untill you notice drifting in you wheel)
3 - The centering is important here! Set to 5% then to 50% and slowely up till 80% donot yet
100% and see what happens.

After you did the changes olso listen if you have small error into the gears from the wheelbase. And try to install the older logitec profiler.
