I am new to AC content manager and need help finding these cars

I recently purchased a mercedes 600sel v12 as a project car and a 2014 mercedes benz e350 wagon and wanted to know if it is possible to download them somewhere. Or atleast an e55 amg wagon if there isnt any e350s. Any sites that have these cars?
