No Hesi Issues Please Help

So im trying to join a NoHezi server and having a issue with getting into the game every time I try to join im prompted with ": Missing CSP features. Please update CSP and/or Content Manager." and I've reinstalled patches multiple times still no use. Any help?

Not sure what you mean by you've installed "patches" but if you install content manager, CSP and you have the Japanese DLC and have any car packs that the server requires, you should be good to go.

What's the name of the server you're trying to join?
