When i install my Driving force GT it doesnt recognise it on Logitech profiler and just says my device isnt connected when it clearly is the. anyone got any idea what i could do?
What is the operating system of your computer? Check if the Driving Force GT is enumerated on Device Manager under Human Interface Device(HID) as Logitech Driving Force GT and HID-Logitech Driving Force GT USB (HID). If not, try updating the drivers manually for the gaming wheel.
Go to "Device Manager"(Control Panel > System and Security > System > Device Manager).
Under Human Interface Device(HID), check and right-click on the information listed below.
> USB Input Device
> HID-compliant device or HID-compliant game controller
Select "Update Driver Software".
Choose "Browse from my computer" then "Let me pick from a list".
Tick the box "Show compatible drivers".
Select the following drivers for each information.
> From USB input device to Logitech Driving Force GT
> From HID-compliant device or HID-compliant game controller to HID-Logitech Driving Force GT USB(HID)
Click "Next" then restart the computer after the installation is finish.
After the PC reboots, check the wheel if it is detected by the software.
Hope this helps.
