Open world/City maps???

does anyone know of any good city maps or open world maps would be fun to drift around a city or open world and just freestyle instead of drifting a track

A couple exist, unfortunately they're both awful.

Another option would be Forza Horizon 3 when it's out on PC. About two months away. It has drift, and it's open world.
