Sound fix for V1.5.9

So im having trouble finding out how to fix the sounds of the modded cars. ive downloaded a sound fix but it might not be the right one and i tried it and it didnt help. Does anyone know which sound fix download in particular i need to put in to fix all of it? thanks for the help

yeah same, like when you rev it high enough it mkes like really high pitcch noise and its just bad. and some the engines sounds like its echoing

Would the high pitched noise be the turbo perhaps?....and it does echo when you are around buildings/walls etc etc ...i believe that can be turned off...but i kinda like it

Turn echo off: go to track folder , select audio source, open the file and set REVERB to =0.

hmm i will give that a try when i get back on. its the general engine sound. Only some cars are like that, the turbo when it spools it just sounds like a broken scratch

That might be the transmission noice(sound). Pop the in-game sound app and lower the value.

so i have messed with the audio settings, and theres no difference. but it more likely sounds like a static or a high pressure spray. idk if it normally is like that or is that something that is buggy for me

I havent noticed that particular sound...i'm actually thinking that the sim sounds better now than it ever has...
Is it every car or just certain ones?
There is a 'soundfix' for modded cars here - http://assettocorsa-mods.wix.com/cars (under the 'more' tab that might help or I can upload the soundfix that I use to my Onedrive if that would help?

if it helps also to narrow it down i can record what it sounds like and post it. but it might be normal but to me it just doesnt seem right at all, its the cars from the SP mod pack. i watch other youtubers driving the cars from the pack and i dont here that noise, i hear a natural turbo spool. and yes its for certain but most cars.
