Perfomance problems with CSP+SOL mod

Hello all so for a very long time i've been wanted to build a new pc but im having problems with my new PC build. and we all know that CSP+SOL is a mod you really need to make AC work flawlessly. But running any sort of setting or resolution i have ran shows around 60fps built it looks like crap and runs like crap. my last card worked better with lower system then what i have now.

Here are my specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor, 3700 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro +
Motherboard: ASROCK B450 Pro4
RAM: 16gb
Game storage: 2TB SSD

Been trying to work this issue out myself with the only thing of note is my GPU does not appear to be using it's full potential in AC, like it can't be bothered.

I be using SOL 1.4 CSP 0.1.52 currently.

I went from GTX 1060 EXOC 6GB to a RTX 2060S 3X OC 8GB and gained a whopping 2 fps in AC, Everything else got quite a considerable boost. But then I have been on a slippery slope since SOL 1.1.1 with the 0.1.25 Preview49 @ a few frames per update.

Its also really weird that i had to open all my cpu cores like i feel even with content manager it tends to do that

Are you running any other apps or mods? What graphic settings are you using or any over clocks? Do you launch AC from CM or Steam? Any AMD software profiles running for AC? Did AC run better prior to using CM?

Hey Flo. I have been wiping my AC folder over and over again. i use the CM and usually run around high-mix settings which usually gets 70fps on the benchmark.not sure what i am running on the AMD software profiles but i have OC my GPU and got my CPU to 3.2Ghz. and yes the game was running good FPS on vanilla.

Hmm interesting- Have you tried putting everything back to stock clocks on cpu and gpu? Disable any mods / apps in the game. I've had apps that would cause stuttering etc had to be re-installed.
What resolution are you using, or use Virtual Super Resolution?

I have a 2070 and you should be getting comparable results. I have intel but your cpu is good. Everything max except Rendering freq= 4 Motion blur= off no sun rays and smoke on med. I use SOL 1.52 default settings. Does it ever go above 60fps?

See the bench test AFAIK is set parameters. Kunos cars and Spa so personal setting are taken out of the equation. I get 70 fps too in benchmark but from memory I was getting that with the old GTX. I get reasonable graphics but pushing to get 60 fps with a tail wind and not too many trees. I do tend to use too many AI, like 36 where possible coz it gives me at least 36 extra chances at not coming last in a race. My sticking point with AC and this issue and compared to other games is my CPU/GPU usage. If it used the same as the others then I doubt I would have the problem. Turning off the CSP will give it a boost but not as much as you would hope for. ACC, rF, rF2, RR, Dirt series etc all work great
