Def go for the ultimate edition because a LOT of car mods and servers out there won't work unless you have this or that DLC. It's a no brainer to get everything for $8, there's just too much good content in the DLC packs.
Yeah bunch of noobs to crash the pubic servers :) haha (im half serious here, it's better to get into such games off sale, you get more sane enviroment :P)

I'd assume AC Competizione is a whole different game?
Because to play it right you really need a wheel. You don't drive cars with a joystick.
