That'll be the car setup is invalid- reset the car settings.

I tried to reset the car setting and clear car cache but still there are some cars that won't work mainly those with sq gear box like the GT class, the M3 doesn't work but the Z4 does. All cars with full manual gear box seems to work though?? Much appreciated if anyone could provide a fix for that...

It tells you which settings you need to tweak for your setup to be valid. The stat will appear in red beside your car stats. It told me for instance that my suspension height was set too low for one particular track so I had to raise my wheel height just a tad before the race.

Thanks for the clarification. I simply just click 'reset to default', will try that again...

Cars can no longer have a ride height lower than 60mm. The ride height should appear in red if you have made the car lower than 60mm. If it's not that you have some other problem unrelated to this post.
Like Vis mentioned I fixed it by driving with a higher height ride.
