Microsoft Sidewinder Racing Wheel

Don't laugh! I got a gazillion old racing wheel and want a reason to get it out again. The big question is: Does it work with this game?

^ Great. Because mine doesn't really. Can you maybe help me? My gas is not working in the game and I can't also use the buttons on the wheel. Only thing that works are the breaks and steering :(

OK sorry about the delay. I've just installed my wheel and at first I had the same problem. To fix it I calibrated the wheel in Windows

1)Start
2)Devices & Printers
3)R Click Sidewinder FF Wheel icon
4)Game Controller Setting
5)Properties
6)Settings Tab
7)Calibrate

When calibrating in the X Y Axis screen move the wheel side to side AND move the pedals up and down.
In the Z Rotation screen push the brake pedal.

Then go in game and assign the controls. (you might need to invert the pedal controls)
Also set wheel rotation to 240 degrees
And set Virtual steering wheel rotation limit to 120 degrees in the Video>View settings

You might also need to set Throttle dead zone to 50% if you have a problem with the car accelerating all by itself. But this shouldn't be a problem.
