I've been seeing a bunch of online lobbies using modded cars with names starting with ks, like ks_787b or ks_Supra... I've searched the internet and can't for the life of me figure out what pack or what this is.

The Supra is part of the Japan pack DLC, KS stands for Kunos Simulazioni.

Oh okay thanks! The name's format made me think the Supra was a mod, not sure why an official car was written like that

KS usually means "Kunos Simulazoni", cars (and tracks) that start with that are named that so they don't break any previous mods of those cars/tracks.
