Also make sure you run the calibration tool at the top of the settings page.

No seriously, i have solved my own input issues and the issues of a couple of friends by using the 'click to assign' on the controls options page. Try and assign each input, throttle, brake, clutch, steering and then the same for each gear (if using a h-shifter)
Dont remember if the 'combined pedals' checkbox should be ticked or unticked for the logitech stuff, try both.
Oh and ive just remembered, top right of the controls page there are 3 options, wheel, controller, keyboard/mouse, make sure the 'wheel' is highlighted
The new version (that windows updates automatically) doest work with the G27...at least it didnt for me...I have the correct version if you need it...I can upload it to my OneDrive for you to try if needed.

This happened to me also with a MS update a while back. I had to find the old Logitech driver and within 2 minutes my G27 was working just fine. The new driver messed everything.
