There is one video of it and it's not exactly scientific proof, however, the subject came up in a few blogs and it seems possible from what I've gathered. The video only showed the engine in Automation, then it switches to gameplay of Assetto Corsa on the drag strip. I've read where you take a vehicle (modded not original) from Assetto Corsa and replace the torque numbers (in program form) and a few other details then, like magic, your created engine can be driven.

I tried once, but, not successfully sad to say. I didn't try very hard though, not my niche'. I think I might have altered the engine (in some frustrating way) slightly to some extent. Enough that I got bored of trying real quick. One blog made it sound easy though. One day I'll try again, or, (like the developers claim) if someone makes a mod to convert the engines in an easier way I might have to settle for that. Dunno, still early I guess.

It looks way worth it if it is indeed possible, my fingers will remain crossed.
