How to drive on the roads with traffic?

I’m new to the game and I’m trying to set up an event where I drive down public roads with traffic. What mods or setup do I need to do for this?

There are a few tracks that suit your needs, namely LA Canyons, Union Island, SRP that support traffic the first two are found on racedepartment, SRP is only available through their discord.

Installed LA Canyons, now how do I get the traffic AI working?
