Have you tried creating that folder champs in Assetto Corsa folder in Documents?
Phil Mabole Feb 15, 2019 @ 7:31am
worst case scenario you could try deleting the whole Assetto Corsa folder from Documents and then restarting Assetto...you will probably lose your championship saves though. (and other saves)
Might be wise to back it up first.

Everyone who is having this problem I had the same issue... do what @Dr@go says you need to search in your computer documents. Open that up. Find the search bar in documents(should be on the top right corner) and search in assetto corsa. Once you’ve found the assetto corsa file, go ahead and double click on the file and open it up. Once the file is open there will be a handful of files (cfg, content, extension, launcherdata, lic, logs) (there is more files just too lazy to right them all out but you get the jist. Once you reach that page though you’re going to go ahead and add in a file and title it champs Once you go ahead and do that your content manager should recognize the blank and empty stupid file that has no reason to even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EXIST!! Close out your documents tab and go ahead and start up the awesomeness content manager has to offer and it should work. Now I have another problem with my custom shaders patch.... lol catch you guys in another forum
