The sky is black...
What the title says... I have installed Content Manager before with CSP and Sol. For some reason, my sim wheel stopped working, so I unninstalled everything and installed just AC again. Now the sky is just black in any course at any time of day. There´s some message on the sky saying to update CSP to 1.6.something (I think). I don't get how that happens knowing I never installed that again or Content Manager.

Black sky usually is a SOL issue. Try uninstalling SOL using the included BAT uninstall file, then install everything step by step, from scratch.

1. AC
2. CM
3. CSP
4. SOL and filters

Black sky means you have the incorrect version of CSP installed for the version of Sol you are using, As an example the latest public release of Sol requires CSP 1.69 at a minimum, I'd recommend 1.73 or 1.74. I haven't tried 1.76 yet so can't give an opinion on that version.

You really don't need to, just try updating your CSP to a later version, 1.69 or above will fix it.

^ Bandit is right. It's most likely a CSP issue so just try reinstalling or upgrading your CSP version inside of CM, before you do anything else.

I recently got the black sky issue again and I just quickly uninstalled SOL and CSP and reinstalled them, then restarted everything and viola everything was fine again.

First up, CSP and CM are not the same mod. They can be used independently of each other.

The only reason you are getting a message in the sky in your game to update to a certain version of CSP is because Sol is still installed. Assetto Corsa itself does not know of CSP's existence so could never ask for it, however Sol requires CSP and at that the correct version of CSP, so if CSP is missing or the incorrect version it will produce errors such as but not limited to a black sky and a message in the sky telling you to update your CSP version.

So your choices are either run the solunistall.bat file in your root Assetto Corsa folder to remove Sol or update to the correct version of CSP. Please bear in mind that if you choose to run Sol it is strongly recommended that you run Content Manager as well. Read the accompanying documentation with the Sol download if you choose to use it as it includes vital installation advice including which version of CSP is required, for example the latest versions (Sol 2.0.# and above) all require CSP 1.69 or higher - general recommendation is CSP 1.73 however I run 1.74 with no issues. 1.75 is buggy and I haven't done any test with 1.76 yet.
