Mods to make the games look as good as possible?

i use SOL and "natural mod filter"

SOL is a must, if you dont like natural filter there are in this page a lot of ppfilters you can chose from

There's SOL for weather and all sorts of upgrades. DEFINITELY USE CM'S CSP (custom shaders patch- get it here installing Content Manager https://acstuff.ru/app/)

It's insanely good but hey, don't stop there.

You'll also want to check out some custom PP filtering for your viewing pleasure. Here's a couple I have that I use time to time.

1.Wagnums Graphic Filter (my personal fav, cars and minor details POP)

2. Natural Mod Filter (great looking as well and I tend to favor this on my 4k tv some reason)

And yeah, if you donate as little as 5 bucks, you can get the CSP. But that's not all, you get access to all the latest builds for CM. The free version is locked into the stable yet insanely old release. The newest patches bring a swath of upgrades both to the visuals, performance to the GPU and a plethora of other super rad features that honestly has blown my mind...like having in-car navigators display music. Guy is a genius that made Content Manager.

So yea. Sol 2.2, CSP and those filters. You'll need to tinker around the graphic settings in CM, they are kinda hidden but man, you can ramp up the graphics to the point where you break your GPU lol Did mine, well not break it but man, I never made my 1080 sweat so hard as I did and still do with this game. 100% making me upgrade here soon as I can't even max the settings out in VR, can't wait for the next gen of cards to drop (hopefully this summer!)

Thanks but what is CSP? And if you are referring to content manager I dont get how the free version would have worse graphics since its just a mod installing tool.
The graphics options are a bit overwhelming in general tbh. I dont really know what 50% of the settings do.

CSP was originally a lighting mod for AC but has grown substantially to include things like physics updates, improved graphics (extrafx), game play options, night racing, FFB improvements, the list goes on. Content Manager is an improved UI and easier means of sorting mods, along with further game option improvements.

Yes the options can be overwhelming at first but just try enabling things and checking for yourself. You are highly unlikely to break the game, and even if you did it’s all reversible.

Agreed. I've tried pretty much all the ppfilters out there and Pure weather + Pure filter is the best looking combo of all, especially in VR.

They do! And I loved it. Mods can bring you almost anything you want into this game. There loads of good cars what Dev never added in. But the server can be annoying though having same cars as rest of other servers. Forgotten to mentioned you'll need an Japanese DLC to have it to works
