No carrera GT and 959
Im asking why. Why we don't have these two iconic cars in the list of futher content. Im not fan of mods, i prefer precision or nothing.

I am actually very pleased with the lineup of vehicles from Porsche, actually. Kinda wanted to see a couple older ones some old friends had... but with all on offer, 'tis but a scratch!
In all seriousness, the Carrera GT would have been really, really loved. As well as the 959, naturally.

Will be 7 cars in all of them plus one bonus in each it seems. The free cars will be for everyone ofc regardless of DLC.

Remember, other cars are coming too, believe we are getting the old MX5 too at some point! :D

The last pack will be alot of GT3's street and race versions, and the 911 R (2015)!!!!!! wich will be insane!

The entire list is known and out there so, look around and you should find it here on the forum! ;P
you can already look at the projected content of the now known 3 dlc-packages.
Unfortunately: no Carrera GT or 959.
I am one of your soulmates in that I would have loved to see those cars alongside a few others like:
the humble, yet interesting 993 Carrera-2 stret-car,
993 GT-2
993 Turbo (most beautiful factory spoiler-car ever created imho)

...all in all I am a sucker for that specific generation of 911 (last of the air-cooled, first of the truly-modern chassis-designs, and just look at all the delicious curves -- also the idea of going faster with less powerful drive-trains than what is the norm these days comes to mind). There's a reason why that specific generation never saw a dip into "commonly affordable territory" on the used market.

and of course some 356 models would be neat as well as their trans-axle coupés (944, 928, 956, 924) (...)

The reason why we get all those current-day "mega-cars"? Probably because that's what the marque sells, today. They want this to be beneficial for their marketing - nothing wrong witht that. From a drivers' point of view though: something like the Carrera-GT would easily steal the show of it's fatter, more techy and most of all: NEW 918 hyper-car.
So hopefully they'll allow for gems like that to make an appearance later down the line. Fingers crossed!

Until then: I will probably enjoy the classic RSR in the first package the most.

if those 2 cars are missing it would feel like getting cheated out of good content but its probably expensive to get it i guess would be a damn shame if they can't get those cars in the game.

If the packs sell well and there is interest for more, maybe there will be more Porsches?

Well, i dont know politics, prices between porshe and Kunos, but my half-damaged brain tells me that once u own license u are allowed to make any car. But probably im wrong and u need pay for each car individually or porshe just say no, these two cars NO! because i cant imagine that someone who love racing (and these guys love for sure) never forget these two instead of milion version of gt3 and cayman. Dont get me wrong .. i love kunos and love packs, but this i cant remove from my mind.

It depends on the manufacturer and the deal Kunos has with them. Lotus is the only manufacturer we know for a fact that Kunos has the full license for. That's the only one they can just make whatever they want for. All of the rest have to be individually licensed, and that's why we don't see nearly as many with some. Kunos seems to hate the 90s and early 2000s for some reason. They've said they hate the Enzo so it's not coming, the McLaren F1 road car was also a no, and the Carrera GT now seems like a no. We're getting the GT3 and GTE racecars because the stats prove they are the most popular cars in the game.

When you have a 74' 911 rsr, why would you want to drive anything else?

I am most excited for this one. Was hoping for a 80's and 90's era 911 too.
