Need help with map AI (Mt Akina Downhill 2017)

Hello, I recently started playing AC after I found it can be modded, so naturally I picked out some maps, and I am currently really liking Akina Downhill (2017).

I got some car mods as well, but I have a problem with the AI on this map. I have seen on Youtube that people play with AI, and when I am preparing the game using Content Manager it allows me to start the game in "Race" mode. However, when I spawn in with AI, the visuals for the map are broken, the sound is terrible, I can't move and neither can the AI. Then the game crashes completely.

Obviously my guess is that the map is not set up for AI use, which would be unfortunate, so if anyone knows either how to fix it, or an updated version of the map with AI support, or possibly a different Akina map with AI support, I would be thankful.
