Formula Hybrid mod in AC (or even stock kunos Ferraris) are MUCH better and setups actually make sense. But unless you drive on wheel and are decent at it you might miss many of the details that make them good (setups too require you to know a thing or two about real cars).
Definitely worth a try for F1 fan but nothing can beat F2020 career, it's much harder to get a satisfying race or season experiance in AC.

I'd not say as far as "no realistic experiance" if you dont own a FFB wheel, but F2020 has a lot of assists (even when all are off in settings) that make driving on pad playable in F1 car.
AC has little, so while it is possible to drive and be pretty fast, it requires quite a lot of experiance in racingsims to get to that point.
