Content manager oculus rift s not working

I've been trying to set up the oculus rift s to the content manager but every time I launch it in vr, it crashes midway loading through it

I've tried renaming replacing content manager as asseto corsa in the game folder that didn't work just same results as just loading it normally I've tried csps through 1.7.4 1.7.3 and 1.6.9

15 seconds into loading the game, in vr everything is fine and the loading screen looks normal then my monitor turns off then turns back on after a couple of seconds then I get an AMD message saying there was a driver time out and the assetto corsa game is still open but its just transparent showing my desktop and I get this crash message https://imgur.com/P2nqZwq it also crashes the Oculus software and when I go to turn back on the oculus the display port isn't plugged in it says which it is so I go to plug it out and plug it back in and nothing works but when I restart my computer oculus is fine but content manager still doesn't work and the same thing happens if I try it again

I've tried running it on my desktop regularly through the content manager and it works perfectly going over 100 fps.

Look in documents>assetto corsa>logs for your latest crash report. See if anything in that pinpoints to a particular fault.

I'll assume VR works for you in all other VR capable games? Which render mode are you using in assetto video settings?

I’m guessing render mode means the drop down setting that says oculus vr and other setting but I do have it set to oculus setting and I’ve tested the other vr setting and there wasn’t a difference I’ll go look at crash report and see if I can find out what’s going on

And yeah my vr is capable of running any game I have from base version asseto corsa to half life alyx with no problems

Ok all sounds like you are on the right track, there is a very handy AC discord group with a specific VR channel I can send you an invite to if you like, a lot of very knowledgeable helpful people there (I use a different HMD to you so can't help with specifics).
