Are you running Content Manager? Custom Shaders Patch? Sol? If so which versions? I’m running the latest Sol with CSP ver 1.74 plus natural mod filter 7.0.
Here’s a decent guide for running BR in AC. I used it as a baseline on the high settings then ramped things up from there. I’ll also include a link to the AC custom shaders discord group which has a specific VR channel.

I did not have Content Manager before but I have it now. Thanks!
Followed the settings for High and I now get 7.7 fps on my monitor and still about 0.1 or less on my Vive Cosmos. It is definitely way better now than it was before but obviously 0.1 fps is still way too little to be able to play :)
It feels like the headset has no idea it's supposed to display a game. It keeps telling me to go back to a play area and it often tries so use the pass through camera.
I think SteamVR Home is incompatible with the Vive Cosmos when using a seated configuration.
