Any way to toggle HUD on/off in races?

Is there any way to toggle the HUD/All Apps on/off in races using a button on the wheel?
I cant find the correct option in the settings?

ctrl+H
then also ctrl+L disables names (or alt+L was it, probs ctrl...)

If you want to get rid of absolutely everything CM offers few options for nuking the red arrow when somebody is close as well as server messages.

its forcing me to use the CTRL modifier plus a key. is there any way to remove the CTRL requirement and just have one key?

CM->settings->AC->controls->patch-> scroll down to "hide UI completely" or "Toggle taskbar with apps" and bind it there.
