so i registered back on the 8th november and im still waiting for activation, yes my email was verified but i cannot download the app because admin has not activated my account, srs is in my name as is assetto corsa profile, why is this such a long winded affair i could have got a credit card faster?

I signed up about a week ago and had the same issue.

I sent them an e-mail at this address, and was ready to go by the end of the day.

thanks i got reply saying they couldnt find my profiles, but both assetto corsa and rf2 are set to my name as per instructions. i dont know what else i can do and they dont seem to want to help any further

I got the same issue

My problem was that i was using my nickname as driver name in the registration page

You need to use your real name and last name to be valid to register
