Where can you tune the suspension settings at?
I've bought the Ultimate Edition and so far have been enjoying the game due to the physics model and general feel of the game. However, so far I've driven a couple high-end road cars and couldn't find any options for tuning the suspension (spring rates, anti-roll bars, ride height, etc). The only settings I could find in the "setup" menu were for other things, and I think I saw options to change toe and camber, but beyond that, no other settings were available.

Do you need to download mods for this, or is in-depth suspension tuning only available on race cars? Thanks.

In-game, you hit the wrench icon on the left side of the menu while you're in the pits. You only see options that the particular car you are driving supports.

If you use Content Manager, you can also access these settings in one of its menus, and save setups there.

Pretty much. In general if a setting was easy to change on a real car (like wheel aligment) it's going to be avilable in setup menu, no aftermarket stuff thou. Mod cars often offer more freedom, and if you really want it's possible to mod the cars but it's not "easy" out of the gate. I think CM had option to swap of tyres, engines and sounds.

Thou tbh, you can achieve what roll bars do with camber and toe, and slamming the car down as cool as it looks does not actually bring much benefit (often hurts the car really)... so you are not missing much.
