Dedicated Server shows "Cannot join server: no available slots" when choosing a Modded car.
For some reason, my server throws this error at me when i choose my modified RX-7.
This error: https://imgur.com/a/3QK5whp
It's not bugged, as i've used it in Singleplayer, and it all worked flawlessly.
I've been troubleshooting for a few hours now, but i've ran out of ideas.
Any help would be appreciated.

make sure the number of cars you have entered in the entry list matches the number of slots on the server

Port Forwarding isn't the problem lol
The server has been working flawlessly. It's just when i use a car i modded myself (with the CM), it shows that error.

Modified as in you modified the game files? Because then it can be a mismatch between your game and the server if it has some car files installed (they're only necessary to make sure everyone uses the same data, so you can delete it).

I made a custom setup of the Mazda RX-7. Also, the server doesn't have any vehicles installed. I tried copying this setup to try to fix the issue but to no avail.

Is there actually an entry list file on the server? On a dedicated one you need a serfer.cfg and an entry list file. The cars on the entry list have to be included in the server cfg, the other way around isn't necessary, but you can only choose cars that are on the entry list file.

The Assetto Server Manager does that already. The server IS WORKING fully. It just doesn't work with the custom RX-7 setup i made, showing that error i linked in the OP.

I still have nu clue what you mean by custom setup. A setup is only chosen in the setup menu while you're already on the server. Don't understand whether you modded your local content or not. Does it work with any other car?

Well, call it what you will, i made a custom Tune of Assetto's Tuned RX-7 with better slick tires.
Every car i have works flawlessly, when i choose to enter the server with my custom made Tune, it shows that error.

I have still no idea what you did since you're not really answering my question; modded local content? better slick tires how?

Otherwise copy the folder ks_mazda_rx7_tuned and give it a different name, see if that works. No experience with this so that's as far as my help can and will go.

Good luck nonetheless!

I have answered your question, more than once now.
Here, take a look.
This is how my cars folder looks like with that custom tune i made.

And this is what i used to make the tune.

I hope it helps you understand it now.

Ah, never seen that before..

Maybe it doesn't work since you're using capital letters in the car name? I think that was the case both for cars and tracks, and some mods didn't work online earlier on because of that.. Try renaming the folder ks_mazda_rx7_tuned_slick_tires and also the entry list/server model names, then join the server?

Hi,
did you solved the problem ?
I have same problem with lot cars that are not the official Assetto cars.
all the Rally cars make that error.
but why "no avaiable slots" error ? why car file make this singular problem ?

Go into Content manager and click on Pack Data.
The server uses the data.acd file to verify your car's data so that no one cheats this way. Messing with those values unpacks this Data and deletes the data.acd file.
