Kunos is Italian, Assetto Corsa is Italian for "racing setup" but is anyone here actually Italian?

Does anyone know what yi yan abelenda means? or yayam abalenda? It was featured in Top Gear (perfect road trip 2) and was wondering if anyone can translate. I google translated "goat testicals" from English to Italian and it doesn't sound like that at all, nor "I am a" whatever (some were saying it means "I am a bellend" but "I am a" is "sono un" in Italian) so I would like to know what it means.. "Bell" in Italian is "campana" so it has nothing to do with "bell-end" or "bellend" whatever.. Pen!s is pene, testicals is testicoli..

After listening to it again, it isn't Italian at all, it's literally "I am a bell-end" with an Italian accent.. Took me awhile!
