How to make random rain? Like From light drizzile to heavy rain?

I've never used it but I believe there is a SOL weather plan somewhere...it might even be on right side app list when in-game but more likely in ContentManager somewhere...that might do what you need.

If you have it all activated correctly to be visible it can be found in the app sidebar under +your apps.

Sol 1.5 is compatible with good and bad weather mod, install that mod and set one g&b weather plan as weather
you also can choose the weather from sol weather plan selector app

if your in a car , use the mousse cursor to bring up the vertical menu, on the right of the monitor, and should appear a menu with sol settings and there you can change it all.

just slide your cursor to the right of the monitor, close to the bezel. It should appear. A vertical line of menus and apps.
