Car won't move.

All of a sudden the car won't move when entering any session. It used to work perfectly with my wheel, but now no controls on it work. On my keyboard only the driving keys don't work, all others (headlights, camera, brake bias, etc.) work. The wheel is perfectly setup, and the game runs just fine.
The car is also freaking out slightly before starting the session, wheels vibrate and the car very slowly rotates. So the problem is with the physics i think.

I have content manager and custom shaders patch installed.

I'm familiar with the game and I have more than 2 brain cells so don't suggest some basic fixes.

I'm trying to avoid reinstalling the game. I've also verified the game files.

I am curious if you justhave 'before' the glitches, did some changes, driver updates, installed mods etc. that kind of stuff?

Literally nothing happened, just stopped working, I didn't change any settings nor did anything update.

Hm something seem not right. maby there was a small update or something, preventing you to continue the game. Did you not forget to press the 'Drive' button to move the car?
And do you play in VR as well or not?

i have the same issue with my g29. i think an update messed up the game. my wheel is workin on content manager and ive reset all the wheel mappin and in game i get nothing.

Okay I had this problem and this is how I fixed it. I used the regular launcher and created a wheel profile with all the settings how I wanted, then I named it G29 and saved it.

Then I opened content manager and made sure this part was checked.

Doing this fixed my wheel and pedals not responding.

Also make sure in Content Manager you go to Settings > Controls and make sure the Input method is Wheel

Also I've found it pays to set up your G29 in AC first, then fire up CM and confirm settings there.

The problem is not with the controls. I've tried everything related to controls, I have experience with those problems. The problem is with the game. I can't use any input to drive, be it keyboard, wheel or gamepad, and the car is freaking out in sessions, so it has something to do with the physics or some corrupted trash.

Is there any cache folder I could delete and fix this or is my only option reinstalling the game?

I does not help to suggest the watching of an informative video when it's marked PRIVATE, what's with that? PS: I looked up this kind of situation and discovered that it's the publication who polices YouTube that determines to mark something Private and as a result, they block its content without explanation and basically tell you that the chance of it becoming un-private is small to none? This is America, no, I mean isn't freedom of speech still valid?

There was mass change of old unlisted videos becoming private some months ago... its less about freedom and more about DMCA and similar laws. As well as few straight cost saving measures for YT itself.

Little of that has anything to do with freedom of speach. Especially when YT is a company/service provider with terms and conditions. And afaik nothing stops the uploader from listing these again as public/unlisted. There are no laws that protects against this kind of thing, because it all still lags decades behind, and there is no hurry to change it since...

Freedom of speach really means freedom to publicly express dissatisfaction with the current regime. Any broader definition is just a consequence of implementing that particular rule. And so lawmakers have little incentive to change with the world unless thats getting broken. YT being mostly entertainment/education does not really make a strong case here to protect users beyond the contract terms.
