have the problem that my Thrustmaster TMX FFB will not register in the game I have been looking for a solution I know the wheel works in FORZ 4 but refuses to be picked up by AC its been frustrating me Ive tried everything Im starting to believe AC just will not Recognize Lower End WHeels for some reason Ive tried reinstalling drivers, unpluging keyboard, reinstalling wheel drivers, reinstalling the game AND nothing so far has worked!

I use a Thrustmaster FFB 430

Mine works perfect a really good wheel ...cheap and good ffb... never had an issue in Project Cars/Assetto/Eurotruck or Wreckfest .... :-)

My problem is that the wheel works in other games like Forza, Project Cars 2, Beam.NG it just will not register as a wheel in AC

Well I will try again but I did try making register as a tmx pro but ill see if the T300RS Preset works and each time I did hit put input it would not register me turning the wheel or hitting the buttons

I did that It did not work I was seeing if any one could help me... Relax Ive been very frustrated that I bought this game and my Hori wheel and my TMX FFB thrustmaster will not work

hmm I think there should be an option for that wheel really ... is it older than my FFB430 ?? or newer if newer It should work..hmmm I dunno what I can do then ..

I mean It just will not pick up at all like it aint even there my wheel is newer than the FFB430 I think because it says it can also work on the xbox one? I would assume so but Ive tried alot of things Its like something is causing it to not be recognized as a wheel the driver will show me steering but in game on my settings nothing no input of steer,pedals, buttons, shifter, nothing

does your pc detect the wheel in control panels etc ? and systems installed ? can u see the calibrations stuff so u can see your pc has detected wheel ?

Did u update windows and Graphiccards ?

Did u do the driver for your wheel install ?

any updates ?

if your wheel is not older than mine..IT should work ... you must sit and find a solution try hard..if it is NOT older than mine IT SHOULD work ..otherwise it must be a lame development for game accesories..I cant believe that .. try do it all from scratch again install update and detect ..etc

Graphicscard up to date- Yes
Drivers for wheel installed- yes
Checked for firmware updates- yes
Reinstall drivers- yes
Test to see if wheel works in other titles- yes
tried creating own settings- yes
Tried the other tmx presets in AC-yes
Restarted computer-yes
unplugged any keyboards or mice that might be messing AC up-Yes
So far nothing ive been looking for a solution for about 2 days now I have not tried reinstalling the game but one thing I did notice once is that it thought it was a gamepad so IDK

hmm you issue seems strange ..did u read the links i send you ..everyone else have a same wheel as you using with assetto so How did they do it ? did you read all mylinks ? ...

im still reading Im trying out diffrent things so far no solution one of the links was just force feed back settings which wont help because the game wont even recognize the wheel im still looking through more discussion forms

Thanks Man wow Im stupid cant believe this was the issue the whole time! Problem solved stupid controller settings were on turned the settings off in big picture now it picks up the wheel now! issue solved really thanks this has been bothering me for so long!
