Simple way to create tracks?

I've tried blender, exporting, I can't seem to see the cube I imported into the AC SDK. What I'm really want to do is use 30 meter earth height data then stick Open Street Maps on Top, apply a single texture for the earth data and one for the road. Then select anywhere in the world to create track under 30 minutes.

Check out Race Track Builder. Still it's recommended to work the difficult way of Blender/3DS Max, as the saying goes "friends don't let friends use Race Track Builder" :)
