Best F1 car for AC is Kunos Ferrari F2004. Best F1 mods by far are made by Race Sim Studios, no one else gets even close. They recently released 2019 car, and they have older cars as well. They are paymods though.

actrackreboot had really good quality Monaco and Suzuka tracks but that site is now gone, maybe you can find the tracks somewhere else
