I disappear for other players on my server?
I set up a dedicated server, which is running fine, but after a few seconds when i join or when my friend joins, I disappear for him. I can still see him race without any problems but for him I simply left the server. Can anyone help me?

Video from his perspective: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUKmUV2B_Ec

Video from my perspective (in german): https://youtu.be/WHYdrMTyKKE
(Translation:
Me: You can drive now.
Him: Now you disappeared.
Me: The F*ck? WTF?
Me: Can you still see something or am I really gone?
Him: You're really gone.
Me: Bruh)

Seems like someone has really high ping.

Professional Gop has a ping rate of 27
Jef has a ping rate of 394
Is there any way to fix it?

Also something very, VERY weird happened right before i started recording my screen. Jef had a very high ping (1000-900) and was lagging around for me, but for him everything was normal AND I didn't disappear at all until i started recording. Usually his ping is around 30-40.

I assume the server is being run from one of your PCs? If that is the case, its possible that the PC is struggling performance wise.

Both join a server that is not running on either of your PCs and see if it happens there- if it doesn't then its probably not the ping but the PC running the server.

Yes, the server is running from my PC in the background while I'm playing as well. And when joining other servers we can see ourselves as usual. My PC isn't bad though, so not sure why it's struggling, since my FPS doesn't drop at all.

On a different note, what does the option "threads" mean? What does increasing or decreasing the amount do? These are the current settings https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/559378450281005078/689622976521437189/Image202003175454.png

Nevermind, I found out what caused the problem.

You need to set the HTTP port to TCP instead of UDP or Both

yes, that is how http works :D

Well... For some reason this problem appeared again, this time I can't explain why it happened. The ports stayed the same which worked a few weeks ago. But now my Server has a completely different IP for some reason, the ports are the same as before, like the name and overall configs, but I had to re-bookmark it. Did I do something wrong or is it someone else's fault?
