Is there a server in AC like "[TC] City Driving" in Live for speed?

I remember a few years ago I used to play on a server in LFS called City Driving. You started off with little to no money and a rental car, and by driving you made money to buy better and better cars. Is there something like that on Assetto Corsa? The concept was very fun, and brought some relaxing elements to a racing game.
