how do i join drifting servers with modded tracks

new to the game and dont know how to play any modded tracks online, seen alot on youtube where they drive on modded tracks with car mods too but the only kind of servers i can find is with no mods. (sorry for bad english) thanks

You might not be able to see servers with content you do not own because you need to change the server search filter, its a little icon at the top- then it shows all servers including content you do not own and it will appear in red- this means you need to find that mod, put it in the content folder for it, car or track and then you can join the server.

You cannot join servers that are using content you do not have installed, including DLC- you need all the content on your PC to be able to join.
