Logitech DFGT (or above that, probably G25 as mentioned above). There are others that are cheaper, but will also be absolute crap. That's the cheapest wheel with 900 degrees and FFB.

If that's above your price range, then it really doesn't matter, get whatever you find within the budget. But you'll probably end up regretting it and wishing you'd saved up a little. :)

G27 from second hand is an awesome option, is still very competitive wheel (predecetor from g29 but newer than g25), has 3 pedals and shift from about 80€. A lot of people is still using it, so there are lots of mods for it and very easy to find them.

Nothing wrong with cheap. Can always upgrade as you go. Logitech driving force GT cheapest decent wheel you will find.
