Maybe like 3 at max. Or 4.
Click the download button to download a new setup.
(Here's the dodgy part) Go to where you save the setups and click on a random track name, then click back to the track you're at. You'll now notice the new setup listed. (It's a workaround for a weird bug or something)
Also, the guys making those quick laps, they have track knowledge. It's amazing the details you pick up after days and weeks and months of racing the same track (Spa GT3 servers for example) They also have superior setups, which really do help them a lot.
Hope i've helped.

Driving realistically, not using driving assist & using the wrong tire pressure make you slower by 4~6sec over the same setup. :)
AC is pretty much about bomb diving with the brake & turn at the same time. Having consistent deceleration rate for the whole entry before the apex. Most new player are underdriving the car from deceptive tips from braking too early & not carrying brake pressure thorough the whole entry phase.

On race car you can be lucky & the setup can be almost spot on depending of the track temperature/layout. Tires never grip the same, thus interact a lot in the suspension geometry designed to be on rail while cornering hard.

AC is a simulator setup game with arcade handling in a nutshell. Realistic handling is not something racing simulators is good at.
The setup in most cases, it's broken. Very broken on road cars.
The general rule for sim racing is having the right setup makes you win effortless.
Please show how you put this into practice. Your considerably off pace yet make such silly posts and claims. If what you say is true you would set a record time in any combo effortlessly. You cant because you write utter crap.
I especially loved your tips for ACC which you admitted to never trying lmao. In theory your a genuis in reality a common fool/troll banned from official forums for spamming exactly this same crap.
Learn basic setup with tyre pressures, temps cambers once your able to run consistant laps to your pb within a few tenths.
Many setups uploaded are not great or tuned to certain styles and track conditions. Quite often the faster guys will have a setup beginners will struggle with more then the default.

History repeat. :)
More like just sad- what was the point of that video anyway, to stroke your ego or an attempt to use it to support some spurious facts?
History repeat? More like Mr Deap repeats.
