Can't find my RSS Formula mods from Race Sim Studio in AC
I can see the mods in the AC cars folder on my C: drive - they are definitely there. I have verified the integrity of the files in steam, I have restarted my desktop many times, I have checked inside the RSS formula car folders and all the files seem to be present. I have watched endless you tube videos about downloading mods to AC and followed the extraction process using winRar to the letter. Still no cars showing up in AC. I have downloaded modded cars and tracks before with no problem and I thought I knew the process.
What could I be possibly doing wrong?

In assetto/content/cars theres a rss_formula_hybrid_2018 folder with the files in there, right? Instead of there being another folder or a different named folder in there?

Also you shouldnt extract the files but open the zip and drag and drop.

The files should look like this. Look at the directory, and the files.

Thanks HighRoLa - I'll try that and report back shortly... (just enjoying a quiet pint in the pub but you've given something to look forward to trying when I'm back home) 👍🏾

Did you extract the driver file? :D

Gents - all sorted! The issue was that my AC game is on the D: drive in Steam Library_steam apps_common_AC_content_cars rather under C: program files(x86) so I was never saving to the right place. I kept dragging the content folder to C: drive but for some reason my steam folder works from the D: not the C: although it shows in both drives. Perhaps I made a copy of my steam in the D: as I was running out of space...
Anyway all done and bombing around happily again. Thanks for you help!

AC doenst have to be on the C: drive, nor does AC.
The mods just have to be inside the correct AC folder

You'll want to snag and install Assetto Corsa Content Manager as soon as you can. Not only does it do all content installs painlessly and perfectly (99.999 percent), it fixes many broken and outdated cars, and also has a much more comprehensive and clear launch and run interface.
ONE WARNING: To install new car skins, you MUST have the specific car loaded for the skin, otherwise Content Manager will install the skin into wrong car (whatever is loaded at the time). Luckily Content Manager has an excellent interface for loading cars and tracks.
